About Jessica Walters O’Connor
I Am a MAR qualified Reflexologist who also practices Precision Reflexology.Working on the ‘reflex points’ situated on the feet or hands my aim is to connect with a person’s energy system helping their body harmonise with itself and their surrounding world. Stimulated in this way the persons own energy becomes the healer benefitting on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Precision Reflexology –also called Linking- promotes deep relaxation which is hugely beneficial to anyone with a tiring and stressful lifestyle.
